James Sasser founded GovStrive in 2013 and has since served as President and CEO. James brings 20 years of top-tier professional services experience with top consulting firms such as Deloitte and Capgemini in which he focused on business transformation and process improvement, shared services centralization and optimization, operational performance, and talent management. James’s experience has prepared him to successfully lead the growing company, and to lead project teams through complex, large-scale design and implementation projects, support clients to stabilize, operate, and optimize their business, and build methodologies and tools to support evolving needs of the federal government marketplace. As an innovative and progressive leader, he sets the strategic direction for GovStrive and oversees the rapid development and growth of the Management Consulting, Managed Services and Workforce Analytics and Technology Solutions divisions.
James earned a B.S. in Business from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Auburn University. Along with his involvement in the growth of the company and team members, James is very active in the Dublin business community and is passionate about the community’s growth and development. Away from the office, James, and his wife Jennie, spend their time making memories with their three children and extended family.
