VARIABLE COMPENSATION

The variable compensation program is designed to recognize individual performance and encourage continued commitment to professional growth and GovStrive’ s success.

401K RETIREMENT PLAN

GovStrive believes in investing in our employees’ retirement. Starting on day 1, GovStrive will match up to 4% of an employees’ defined contribution.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT

Paying for health care can be stressful. That's why GovStrive, LLC offers an employer-sponsored flexible spending account (FSA). You may contribute to the FSA Healthcare and Dependent Care.

SHORT & LONG TERM DISABILITY

GovStrive, LLC pays for the full cost of short-term and long-term disability insurance for full-time employees, meaning- that you owe nothing out of pocket.

WORK LIFE BALANCE

GovStrive offers a culture that supports work-life balance.

FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS

The standard working hours for GovStrive are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Based on client approval employees may work a flexible schedule, compressed workweek or telework.

PAID TIME OFF

Employees begin accruing PTO on their start date. To demonstrate GovStrive’ s appreciation for an employee’s commitment to years of service, employees receive an increase in PTO beginning with the fifth year of completed service from date of hire.

HOLIDAY PAY

GovStrive recognizes eleven (11) paid holidays during the year.

CIVIC OBLIGATION

GovStrive provides up to one week of pay for regular full- and part-time employees serving on jury duty when jury duty falls on a regularly scheduled workday. Employees are paid for this time, less the amount received for performing jury duty service.
