The standard working hours for GovStrive are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Based on client approval employees may work a flexible schedule, compressed workweek or telework.

Employees begin accruing PTO on their start date. To demonstrate GovStrive’ s appreciation for an employee’s commitment to years of service, employees receive an increase in PTO beginning with the fifth year of completed service from date of hire.

GovStrive recognizes eleven (11) paid holidays during the year.

CIVIC OBLIGATION

CIVIC OBLIGATION

GovStrive provides up to one week of pay for regular full- and part-time employees serving on jury duty when jury duty falls on a regularly scheduled workday. Employees are paid for this time, less the amount received for performing jury duty service.
