A distinguished executive with nearly 40 years of leadership across major federal agencies—including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Food Nutrition and Consumer Services (FNCS), Forest Service (FS) and Air Force (AF)—Robin brings unmatched expertise in organizational transformation and high impact operations. In his most recent role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer at the CDC, Robin oversaw all aspects of agency operations—people, budget, contracts, grants, systems, technology, infrastructure, safety, security, and risk. Previously, as Human Capital Officer at the IRS, he led nearly 2,000 HR professionals supporting approximately 80,000 employees nationwide. At FNCS, he managed $25 billion in nutrition programs across eight states, driving efficiency and public impact and at the FS, he directed human capital for an estimated 50,000 employees.
An Air Force veteran, with senior civilian leadership roles across the Department, Robin holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park College.
