Mona McLendon
Financial Controller, Operations
Mona is the Financial Controller for GovStrive. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and managing all accounting operations for the company.
Mona began her career at Nichols, Cauley and Associates, where she worked as an intern while finishing up her Masters of Accounting degree from Georgia Southern University. After receiving her degree in 2006, she continued to work for NCA as a financial and tax accountant. Mona completed her CPA requirements in 2009. Then, in early 2010, Mona decided to teach accounting at her local technical college, Oconee Fall Line Technical College. Mona joined the GovStrive family in early 2017 as Financial Controller.
When not working, Mona enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She and her family enjoy doing anything outdoors!
