Michael (Mike) A. McGuire joined GovStrive as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2022. A proven, experienced leader in the Federal Technology space, Mike has over 25 years of IT Operations and Program Management experience, with a notable career in leading large and complex IT operations in both the Federal government and private sector. As CIO, Mike leads the technology team to ensure GovStrive IT operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while supporting all business units as we continue leveraging technologies and approaches that allow us to stay connected and engaged.
Prior to joining GovStrive, Mike served as Vice President for Infrastructure at Creative Systems, a consulting and technology company. Under his leadership, he directed and implemented Creatives’ strategic and tactical IT initiatives focusing on cost-effectiveness, efficiency, customer, and user satisfaction. Mike joined Creative Systems following a distinguished career in Federal Government where he served in various IT leadership roles across the Small Business Administration (SBA), the US National Archives and Records (NARA), the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), and The General Service Administration (GSA).
In his spare time, Mike enjoys cooking on his mobile kitchen on the weekends.
