Marc Legaspi

Senior Manager, Management Consulting

Marc Legaspi is Senior Manager, Management Consulting for GovStrive. Marc joined the GovStrive team in 2016 as a Program Manager and has served as Director since 2018. During his time with the company, Marc’s responsibilities and functions have concentrated around the implementation and use of technology to drive efficiencies and optimization of HR operations. Marc has contributed to the delivery of successful human capital solution-oriented projects for GovStrive’s clients and the development and maturity of GovStrive’s solution offerings. As a senior-level leader in the company, Marc mentors new hires while providing strategic management and direction for GovStrive’s offerings under the guidance of and with accountability to GovStrive’s Executive Leadership.

Marc earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services from James Madison University and a Certificate in Information Technology from the University of Virginia. Marc is well-positioned to lead the Technology Solutions and Deployment team at GovStrive. He has extensive experience in providing consulting services and technology-centric solutions to improve HR operations within a Federal environment.

When Marc is not supporting agencies in the development or implementation of HR solutions with his team, you can find him at a concert or traveling with family and friends.
