Marc Legaspi is a solution-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience supporting Federal agencies in transforming HR services and operations. At GovStrive, his journey began in 2016 as a Program Manager and rapidly evolved to leading strategic workforce initiatives across various agencies. After spending almost two years at ServiceNow as a Business Process Consultant specializing in Employee Workflows, Marc returned to GovStrive in 2022 as a Senior Manager, bringing new insights into platform capabilities and delivery excellence.
Marc’s professional background spans Federal staffing and classification, HR system implementations, and business process redesign—built on firsthand experience as a Federal HR Specialist and bolstered by his work in platform deployment and workflow automation. His diverse experience—as a former Federal HR Specialist, HR technology, process, and operations consultant, and systems trainer—provides Marc with a uniquely comprehensive perspective on Federal workforce transformation. He has supported the implementation and deployment of multiple solutions, helping agencies align technology with operational objectives and compliance requirements.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys reading, attending concerts, and traveling with family and friends.
