Katrina is the Director of Workforce Analytics and Technology Solutions at GovStrive. In this role, she leverages over 10 years of expertise to lead and drive the development of workforce solutions aimed at helping GovStrive clients use data in creative ways for strategic human capital and workforce planning. Katrina has led the development of a portfolio of GovStrive tools and solutions, including FedViews and FedChart. She has spent her career helping federal agencies and their leadership reimagine their approach to using data for workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Her approach to workforce analytics translates research from academia and industry and rigorous statistical methods into data-driven insights to help leaders improve their organizations. Prior to GovStrive, Katrina managed teams at Deloitte and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she was responsible for the direction, strategy and deployment of a variety of workforce analytics projects.
In her free time, Katrina enjoys traveling whenever she can.
