Jennie Sasser
Senior Advisor
Jennie is a Senior Advisor to GovStrive’s Executive Team. In this role, Jennie supports strategic discussions and initiatives to promote continued organizational growth and sustained business operations. She brings a unique perspective from her 20 years’ experience in operations and management across the public and private sectors. In her most recent role as the GovStrive Director of Managed Services, Jennie led the business unit through a period of substantial growth and evolution to optimize our delivery of operational support to our clients.
Prior to joining GovStrive, Jennie was a leader on Pfizer’s Global HR Operations Team. She was responsible for a diverse team that worked to standardize, optimize, and maintain consistent processes, systems, and HR delivery across their global footprint, and accountable for the overall delivery of the Workday HR functional solution. Before Pfizer, Jennie worked for Deloitte Consulting in HR Service Delivery, delivering a variety of projects that focused on Shared Services, HR Transformation, Operations Excellence, Program and Project Management, Process Standardization and Design, and Enterprise-Wide System Design and Implementation.
When not working, her three young children, dog and cat keep the fun (and energy) level high at home. Jennie is also active in several community service organizations as well as her church.
