Deputy Director, Dublin Shared Services Center
Ms. Elizabeth Hodges serves as the Deputy Director of GovStrive’s Dublin Shared Services Center. In this leadership role, she provides direction and oversight to management, operations, performance and productivity of the Center. Elizabeth came to GovStrive following a successful career in finance, serving as the COO/CFO for a local community bank. As COO/CFO, she was accountable for daily operations and financial activities and directly managed and supervised Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, IT, Compliance, Human Resources, and Branch Operations. During her tenure, she maximized efficiencies in day-to-day processes, through enhanced and sustained improvement of processes and systems, without compromise to providing exemplary customer experience.
Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Elizabeth has lived in Dublin for nearly 20 years, where she and her husband reside with their two daughters. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s in business administration and Masters in Accounting.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys supporting community programs, spending time with her family and friends, doing CrossFit, and being active as a Life Group leader in the youth program at her church.
