Director of Managed Services

The Director for Managed Services is accountable for setting and driving the strategic direction for our HR Managed Services capabilities, which are aligned with the overall strategy of GovStrive. They are expected to build strong relationships with Federal HR Business Operations leaders to understand their evolving needs and translate this knowledge into a business strategy for services. Additionally, the Director will manage and mentor high-performing, high-touch, customer service-oriented teams charged with supporting a full suite of Federal HR services; develop, implement, and adopt programs, processes and tools to drive scalability, efficiency and continuous improvement to a Shared Services model; and foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and trust across external and virtual teams which are inclusive of federal staff, teaming partners, and GovStrive’s management and executive members.
