Director Human Resources
Clinton (Clint) Jones, Director of Human Resources, holds a B.B.A in Human Resource Management and has over 25 years of Human Resource experience at varying levels of responsibility. He spent 16 of his 25 years at Navicent Health, a large hospital system located in Macon Georgia, where he served in many Human Resource roles in the highly regulated health care industry. In his final role with Navicent, he served as the Chief People Officer with responsibility for 28 Human Resource associates which served over 6000 teammates. During his tenure as Chief People Officer, he planned and coordinated the Health Systems Human Resource response to the COVID 19 pandemic. This included testing practices for possible Covid positive teammates to coordaining temporary housing for those that needed to quarantine away from home.
Clint was born in Dublin and attended college at Georgia Southern University. He is inspired daily by his wife Brooke and their six wonderful children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities.
