Anjuli Desai
Director of Management Consulting
Anjuli Desai is the Director of Management Consulting at GovStrive and brings 20 years of human capital consulting experience. Anjuli first joined GovStrive in 2015 as a Consulting Manager and advanced to Director as she helped shape the Consulting Business Unit through the development of staff, new business, and strategic services to best meet our clients’ needs. Prior to GovStrive, Anjuli started her consulting career at Deloitte where her project experience centered around HR Technology Implementations, Shared Services, Business Process Reengineering, and HR Service Delivery.
Through her years in professional services, Anjuli has developed extensive experience in program management, strategic planning, business development, account management, and contract management.
Anjuli holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University. Anjuli grew up in Long Island, New York and has lived in Fairfax, Virginia for nearly 15 years. Outside of work, Anjuli enjoys spending time with her family. Anjuli has two boys and spends much of her time at their sports, music, and school events.
