McKenzie Minor

Manager, Workforce Analytics and Technology Solutions

McKenzie Minor is a Manager on the Workforce Analytics and Technology Solutions team at GovStrive. McKenzie joined the GovStrive team as an Intern in 2016 and has served as a Manager since 2021. During her time with the company, McKenzie’s responsibilities and functions have concentrated around the implementation of GovStrive’s proprietary tools to help our clients gain agency-specific insight through their people and workforce data. She has contributed to the development of Implementation processes to provide a seamless onboarding experience to FedSuite subscribers.

McKenzie earned a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Georgia College and State University. She has extensive experience in providing consulting services and technology-centric solutions to improve Human Resources operations within a Federal environment.

When McKenzie is not supporting agencies in the implementation of GovStrive’s proprietary tools, you can find her outside gardening, playing tennis, or walking her dog, Dooley. She also enjoys any opportunity to travel and see new places!
