Director of Marketing and Change Management
Joe is the Director of Marketing and Change Management for GovStrive. He leverages 20-plus years of marketing and product marketing for technology and HR-technology companies serving the federal and private sectors to lead GovStrive’s corporate marketing as well as change management and awareness solutions. He has used his passion for creating winning strategies and messaging to help companies grow and become market leaders. He applies those same key strategies and marketing principles to guide federal agencies in ensuring GovStrive technology deployments and solutions are embraced and entrenched. He is a contributing author for numerous organizations, including Talent Culture, Society for Human Resource Management, HR Strategy and Planning Excellence Essentials, GovExec, Federal Times, FedScoop, GovLoop, Federal News Network and others. Prior to GovStrive, Joe has held senior marketing and management positions for Acendre, Raxco Software, Stanford Telecom, Software AG and Sterling Software.
Joe holds a BS in Management Science from the University of Rhode Island, with MBA coursework from The George Washington University. In his free time, Joe enjoys time with his family, traveling, running, tennis, and spending time on and around the Chesapeake Bay – or any other water he can find.
