Position Overview: We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Workforce Analytics and Technology Solutions (WATS) division. As the Senior Manager, you'll drive strategic direction and implementation, leveraging cutting-edge analytics and technology to optimize workforce performance and enhance organizational outcomes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of advanced analytics tools and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for technological advancements and ensure effective utilization of workforce analytics.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of analytics strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Provide leadership in optimizing workforce performance through data-driven insights and technology integration.

Team Management:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of analysts and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, continually enhancing organizational capabilities and competitiveness. 

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to executive leadership through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years).
  • Proven expertise in workforce analytics and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing advanced analytics tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in data governance policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Track record of providing leadership in optimizing workforce performance through data-driven insights and technology integration.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and technology solutions.
